How do I show you what design I want?
- Simply send your artwork via email or call for an appointment so that we can discuss your needs.
What if I am not sure what I want?
- That's okay. We can help get your creative juices flowing. We can give you many great ideas and we will continue to edit the details until you are completely happy with your design.
Are there set up fees?
- Yes, there is only a one time set up fee for embroidery and screen printing designs. We will not charge you for future orders of the same design.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
- That depends on the size of your order. Unfortunately on orders that include apparel, we are at the mercy of our suppliers. We go to great lengths to expedite the orders of blanks in order to begin the customizing process to give you quality work with a speedy turn around.
What if I am not happy with my order?
- We will do what it takes to guarantee your satisfaction. This includes reworking your project or if all else fails, we will refund your money, within reasonable circumstances.
How quick can I get a quote?
- The normal time you can expect your quote would be no longer than 48 hours.
How can I contact you?
- We are available by phone, email, or on this website. Visits are by appointment only please. We will gladly come to you if you prefer.
How much money do you need to process my order?
- For all orders of any kind, we require a 50% deposit, including the set up and rush fees. The balance is due upon delivery of your order.

- No problem. Just shoot us an email or pick up the phone. We promise immediate time and attention to what ever information you need.
